Description: Katherine Auschlander faces major heart surgery. Craig is disturbed to see the ravages of time on his mentor, Dr. David Domedion. Ehrlich searches for a religion.   1. The actor who played the "messiah" in this episode sounds a lot like the actor who plays King Ezekiel on The Walking Dead. It isn't (I looked him up on Wiki). So, who is he?

    1. The Messiah was played by Richard Lawson. Khary Payton, who plays Ezekiel in The Walking Dead, would have been only 13 years old when this episode of St Elsewhere was made!
