Not me." He's certainly consistent: he'd made the same observation to Father McCabe back in 1946, as seen in the fourth season episode Time Heals, part 2. (McCabe says "Rain depresses some people" and Daniel responds "Not me".)<br /><br />I agree with you about the character of Ralph; the whole Ralph/Tweety storyline is one of the weakest in the entire season.
