It's unfortunate that some episodes are missing from Hulu there are very poor-quality versions online but that's no way to watch the show.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474373967694036822.post-28883652359986067662024-02-14T21:08:54.979-05:002024-02-14T21:08:54.979-05:00It is so nice to know that there are people out th...It is so nice to know that there are people out there that enjoy this show as much as I do. I worked in a big teaching Hospital in the 70’s and early 80’s and the portrayal of the characters and the stress they endure along with the amount of care and compassion is spot on. I love Dr. Mark Craig’s character. Probably because I worked in an Open Heart unit in the 70’s and 80’s. His character reminds me so much of one of our vascular surgeon’s. They picked a show for each decade in a specific category. They picked MASH as the best comedy and Hill Street Blues as the Best Cop Show. James Garner was the best dramatic actor. The original Star Trek was the best science fiction show and Gunsmoke was the best western. Think Little House on the Praire was the best family show not sure. I think Dallas was the best prime time soap. Certain of all but the last two.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474373967694036822.post-80486655136112171622014-12-03T12:35:58.943-05:002014-12-03T12:35:58.943-05:00Thank you for commenting and enjoying the videos! ...Thank you for commenting and enjoying the videos! Not merely similar - EXACTLY like him. And in reference to the above poster: "Peter *clearly* did the first round ...", well I don't see it that way. What point would there have been to have an identical twin rapist, if not to cast doubt that Peter was the original rapist?

I believe it was the look-alike all along.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474373967694036822.post-50507993508721761162014-01-18T15:03:53.235-05:002014-01-18T15:03:53.235-05:00Yes--after Shirley kills Peter, the undercover cop...Yes--after Shirley kills Peter, the undercover cop (posing as a really bad orderly) busts a ski-masked rapist, and Shirley watches them cart the assailant away.

Peter clearly did the first round, in season two. I believe it's implied that the season three rapes, when they start up again, were committed by this copycat assailant. Right before Shirley kills Peter, she asks him why he raped Cathy again, and he claims he didn't, and it looks like he was telling the truth.

So yes, he was guilty, as was the other guy.Danielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06486660044959549624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474373967694036822.post-81419317711385846642014-01-15T15:20:16.912-05:002014-01-15T15:20:16.912-05:00It was my recollection that at the same time Peter...It was my recollection that at the same time Peter was being killed by Shirley, an undercover policewoman was attacked in St Eligius and was captured and charged with attempted rape. Luther, also, was lovable.

Shirley was one of my favorite characters in the beginning, and I was sad to see how far off course she veered. Also, exactly what you said about William Daniels and his portrayal of Mark Craig is how I feel about Terence Knox and his portrayal of Peter. The fact that a drug addicted rapist could get one iota of sympathy out of me says a lot. It's still a big leap for me how he escalated to rape, especially since the first victim was a random woman visiting someone at the hospital, not someone who he felt had done him wrong like Cathy or Wendy.sdoylesayersnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474373967694036822.post-47022528711810925132013-07-03T00:50:03.248-04:002013-07-03T00:50:03.248-04:00Oversight - in retrospect, I must amend...
